所需食材:荠菜、猪肉、虾仁、葱姜末、料酒、生抽、酱油、盐、馄饨皮、麻油

做法:1、先将猪肉洗净,切成肉酱,备用;
2、将新鲜荠菜洗净,放热水中烫熟,并切成末,备用;
3、同样,把虾仁剥好,葱姜切成末和之前的猪肉末,荠菜末放一起,放入盐两勺,生抽酱油一勺,料酒一勺,麻油三勺;
4、用手搅拌均匀,这里要注意的,不要用筷子,容易拌不均匀,费时又费力;
5、将馄饨依次包好后,下锅煮熟即可。
